KNX Serial 870

The KNX Serial 870 is a serial RS-232 interface. It uses the proven FT1.2 protocol (PEI 10) as telegram format. The device is mainly used as an interface for older applications that use the FT1.2 protocol for the connection to KNX.

Furthermore, the device supports the BAOS protocol for accessing data points. However, for new implementations, we recommend our newer BAOS solutions as serial modules or via USB or IP.
