Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Please ensure that all original accessories, manuals, and components are included.

Depreciation Charge

For all returned items, there is a 15% depreciation charge. This charge is applied to cover the costs associated with processing returns and restocking items. The depreciation charge will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Process for Returns

  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  4. Ship the Item: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, including the depreciation charge, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

    Free Shipping

    We offer free standard shipping on orders over $2000 and less than 50 lbs. This offer is automatically applied at checkout for qualifying orders. Orders that include cable, are not eligible for this benefit.
