standards. Each product page shows its US certification status
— UL Listed, Low Voltage SELV, High Voltage, or status unknown
— so you can spec with confidence before ordering.

Yes. Our KNX certification courses are offered through Synex
Academy, our official KNX training partner and one of the few
certified KNX Training Centers in the USA.

Courses are available at Basic and Advanced levels, taught by
certified KNX engineers with real project experience. Upon
completion, participants receive a globally recognized KNX
Partner certificate issued by the KNX Association.

Yes. KNX Supply is an authorized ETS distributor, which means
you can purchase genuine ETS 6 licenses directly from us with
full KNX Association support and updates included.

ETS 6 is the official engineering tool for programming and
commissioning every KNX installation. If you need help
choosing the right license tier, contact our team.

It depends on the device and how it's installed.

The KNX bus operates at 29V DC — a Safety Extra Low Voltage
(SELV) circuit classified as NEC Class 2 under Article 725.
For devices that operate exclusively on the SELV bus with no
mains voltage outputs, many AHJs (Authorities Having
Jurisdiction) accept installation without individual UL
listing, provided the KNX power supply itself is NRTL-listed
(UL, ETL, or CSA).

For devices that switch or handle mains voltage (120/240VAC)
— such as switching actuators with relay outputs — UL listing
or a Field Evaluation by a recognized NRTL is typically
required for USA installations.

Every product on KNXSupply.com shows its US certification
status. When in doubt, always consult your local AHJ before
specifying.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Products must
be returned in original, unopened condition and packaging.

Software licenses (including ETS) and special-order items
are non-returnable. For defective products, we coordinate
the manufacturer warranty claim on your behalf.

Most in-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days from our
Miami, FL warehouse.

Delivery within the USA typically takes 3–5 business days
depending on destination. Free shipping applies to orders
over $500 (under 50 lbs). Orders below $500 carry a flat
$15-$25 shipping fee.

International shipping is available — rates and delivery
times are calculated at checkout. For freight or oversized
orders, contact us for a custom quote.
