Conductor & Construction

The six conductors are stranded bare copper — 26 strands of 0.25mm each — giving you a flexible, pull-friendly cable that doesn't stiffen up after a few bends. At 2.11mm² cross-section per conductor, 16AWG handles up to 5.0A at 25°C, which gives you real headroom on longer runs where thinner cables would force you to either shorten the run or derate the load.

Each conductor is individually insulated in PVC (0.30mm avg thickness, 2.0mm diameter) and color-coded — Black, Red, White, Green, Blue, and Brown — so termination is fast and wiring mistakes are easy to catch before commissioning.

The outer jacket is black PVC, 7.0mm in diameter, with a nylon rip cord for clean, tool-free stripping in the field. Tight tolerances throughout: jacket thickness min 0.60mm, conductor insulation min 0.28mm.
