Universal IR HVAC to KNX Interface

The Universal InfraRed (IR)-KNX gateway allows a complete and natural integration of any Air Conditioner unit (with an infrared receiver) into KNX systems.

FEATURES

  • KNX certified.
  • Configured by ETS standard configuration tool.
  • Offered all the required DPT objects to be compatible with all KNX thermostats in the market.
  • Built-in room temperature sensor and 2 binary inputs.
  • Auto-Learn function to automatically set the IR remote controller configuration.
  • Energy efficiency functions, such as “timeout”, “open window” or “Occupancy”. Costs related to HVAC systems in a building are one of the highest and these functions allow to reduce them.
  • Simultaneous control of the AC unit by the IR remote controller and by KNX, thanks to IR receptor in device.
  • Up to 5 scenes can be saved and executed from KNX.
