The Eelectron TC57A01KNX is a universal KNX fan coil controller for the panel, with 3 x 0–10 V analog outputs and 3 relays rated 16 A at 230 V AC, 5 dry-contact inputs and two internal 2-stage PI control loops. Two 0–10 V outputs drive proportional valves; fan speed can be modulated through the third 0–10 V output (EC motors) or stepped through the three relays, and relays not used for speeds are free for lights or other loads.

A dedicated 0–10 V / 4–20 mA input reads external temperature, humidity or CO₂ transmitters, and the third 0–10 V output can be switched to input mode as well, while two of the five digital inputs accept NTC probes. The control logic supports 2-pipe and 4-pipe units with independent regulation differentials for valves and speeds, anti-stratification ventilation and comfort/energy-saving strategies, plus the Virtual Holder occupancy logic for hotel rooms and 10 logic blocks. It is the controller of choice for hospitality and office fan coil units with proportional valves.
