The Eelectron TC28A01KNX is a compact KNX Secure fan coil controller: 3 x 0–10 V outputs and 5 relays rated 16 A, all freely assignable, plus 2 inputs, in only 4 DIN modules. In a typical application two 0–10 V outputs modulate proportional valves and the third drives an EC fan, while the five relays cover stepped speeds, valves or lighting as needed; whatever is not used for HVAC can switch other loads.

The two inputs take pushbuttons, window contacts or alarms, or NTC probes (TS01A01ACC, TS01B01ACC, TS01C01ACC, TS01D01ACC); input 1 can alternatively host the SM03E03ACC plug-in (temperature, humidity, CO₂, VOC) or SM03E02ACC sensor. Two 2-stage PI thermostats drive heating, cooling, 6-way valves and 2/4-pipe fan coils, and a compensation-curve function adjusts supply temperature to outdoor conditions. With 8 logic blocks, the Virtual Holder occupancy logic and KNX Data Secure, it is the current-generation choice for hotel and office fan coil zones.

  • 2 two-stage PI thermostats for heating, cooling, valves, 6-way valves and 2/4-pipe fan coils
  • Compensation (climatic) curve: supply temperature adjusted to external conditions
  • KNX Data Secure; 8 logic blocks; Virtual Holder occupancy logic for hospitality
  • Installer test routine for all 5 relays and 3 analog outputs from the KNX button
  • 4-module PC-GF DIN housing; 360 group addresses / 420 associations
