The Eelectron PM10E02IRE is a single-phase 80 A direct-connected energy meter with MID certification (class B), an 8-digit LCD, two tariff registers and two S0 pulse outputs, plus the infrared port used by the PM00A00IRI KNX interface. It is designed for sub-metering apartments, hotel rooms, EV chargers and single-phase feeds where billing-grade accuracy is required.
The meter accepts 92–276 V and 0.25 to 5 (80) A, switches tariffs with a 230 V input, and occupies 2 DIN modules inside an IP51 cabinet. Combined with the IR interface the readings become KNX objects without any wiring to the metering circuit.
The S0 outputs allow the meter to feed pulse counters on binary inputs such as BI04F01KNX or BI16F01KNX as an alternative to the infrared interface, and the tariff input lets a KNX actuator or the utility signal switch between day and night registers. The display cycles through total and per-tariff energies and instantaneous values. The meter should be installed by a licensed electrician in a sealed cabinet. For a hotel, one meter per guest room or per corridor feed combined with a PM00A00IRI gives the operator per-area consumption on the KNX visualization without touching the room wiring, and the MID certification means the same readings can be used for tenant re-billing where local regulations allow.
