The Eelectron PD02X01CON is a conventional (non-bus) ceiling flush-mount PIR presence and brightness detector rated for 220–240 V AC, with a detection area of approx. 12 m (39 ft) diameter. It switches a lighting load directly: the load turns on when movement is detected and ambient light is below the set lux threshold, and turns off automatically once no movement has been seen for the pre-set delay. It is the low-cost stand-alone option for homes, offices, conference rooms, classrooms, hotel corridors and underground parking where no KNX or DALI control is present.
Lux threshold and hold time are set by on-board potentiometers or by the optional IR remote, so a single device delivers automatic on/off lighting control and energy savings with minimal commissioning. The PD02X01ACC surface-mounting enclosure is available for solid ceilings. For a larger 24 m pattern and a second, dry-contact channel that can feed a KNX binary input, see the PD02X02CON.
