The Eelectron PD00E20KNX-3 is the Wide Range KNX presence and motion detector in black, built for large indoor areas where a standard 4 m ceiling sensor would need to be installed in multiples: open-plan offices, lobbies, retail floors, gyms, conference halls and parking decks. Three separate PIR sensing elements give a detection pattern of roughly 24 m (79 ft) diameter at 2.5 m (8 ft) mounting height, and each element can be assigned its own behaviour in ETS.

An integrated illuminance sensor adds daylight-dependent and constant-light control, 5 independent presence channels feed lighting, HVAC and monitoring with different timings, and a rear connector offers 2 dry-contact inputs — the second switchable to an NTC probe to run the built-in 2-stage PI thermostat. The smart-sensor port accepts the SM03E01/02/03 air-quality plug-ins. The detector ships with mounting hardware for a ceiling box or false ceiling; the PD00E05ACC enclosure is available for surface mounting. The white version is PD00E20KNX.
