The Eelectron PD00E13KNX is the Space BLE version of the KNX ceiling presence detector in white — the hospitality flagship of the range. It stacks PIR presence detection, illuminance, temperature, relative-humidity and sound sensing with the Utilization and Occupancy reporting functions, a Bluetooth Low Energy beacon and the plug-in interface for wireless electronic door locks, so one ceiling device covers lighting, climate, indoor-climate monitoring, room analytics and guest-app interaction.

The humidity sensor drives threshold-with-hysteresis humidification control; the 2-stage PI thermostat runs valves and fan coils; and the Utilization function publishes occupancy index and percentage utilization for dashboards, while the Occupancy function supplies activity-intensity data for heat maps. The BLE beacon transmits iBeacon- and Eddystone-compatible frames with adjustable interval and power. With the IC01H10DLS plug-in the device also reads door open/close events from up to 8 wireless locks. The black finish is PD00E13KNX-3.
