The Eelectron PD00E03KNX is the Space version of the Multi.Sensor KNX ceiling range in white — the fullest-featured detector of the family and the one to specify when a building needs occupancy analytics, not just lighting control. It combines PIR presence detection, illuminance, temperature, humidity and sound sensing with two reporting functions: Utilization, which publishes an occupancy index and percentage utilization of the space, and Occupancy, which measures the intensity of activity so a BMS or dashboard can build heat maps of a floor.

For co-working spaces, flexible offices, hotel public areas and universities this gives facility managers hard data on how rooms are actually used, while the same device still runs daylight-dependent lighting, Circadian Rhythm tunable-white curves, a 2-stage PI thermostat and humidity control. Three rear dry-contact inputs (one switchable to an NTC probe), a smart-sensor input for CO2/VOC plug-ins, 12 logic blocks and the Virtual Holder hospitality logic round out the ETS application. The black version is PD00E03KNX-3.
