The Eelectron LM00B01KNX is a KNX line surveillance module: it polls up to 256 devices on the bus and reports each one as On line, Alarm or Warning, so a facility team learns about a failed actuator or a disconnected room controller before guests or tenants do. Two modules can be configured as primary and secondary for redundancy, and 16 logic blocks allow the alarm picture to be consolidated for a BMS or a visualization.

The 1-module device is bus-powered (under 5 mA), has a traffic/alarm LED and a reset button, and offers 1056 group addresses and 1232 associations to cover the monitored objects. It is a low-cost addition to hotel and office installations where availability matters.

Each monitored device is entered in ETS with its physical address and a polling interval; a missed response raises Warning, a sustained absence raises Alarm, and both states are available as group objects for a visualization, an e-mail gateway or a BMS. The logic blocks can group alarms by floor or by function, and the primary/secondary pairing keeps surveillance running even if one module is swapped or reprogrammed. The module adds negligible bus load and no additional power requirement to the line.
