The Eelectron IO08F01KNX is a universal DIN-rail actuator with 8 relay outputs rated 16 A at 230 V AC and 8 dry-contact inputs, part of the F-series “PLUS” range of universal modules for KNX. Each relay can be assigned independently to lighting or generic loads, or grouped in software for shutters, 3-point valves, PWM thermoelectric valves and 2-pipe or 4-pipe fan coils, so one 4-module device covers the mixed loads of a hotel room, office floor or residential panel.

The 8 inputs are the differentiator: pushbuttons, window contacts and NTC probes land directly on the actuator instead of separate input modules, and 4 PI thermostat modules run inside the device to drive heating and cooling without a wall thermostat. Front-panel buttons and LEDs allow local switching and status checks during commissioning; a -SD variant (IO08F01KNX-SD) with microSD configuration backup is also available.

  • 8 relay outputs, 16 A cos φ 1 / 8 A cos φ 0.6 at 230 V AC, each on independent terminals so different phases can be mixed
  • Configurable as 8 outputs for lights/loads; 8 PWM valve channels; 4 roller-shutter/venetian channels; 4 three-point valve channels; 2 two-pipe fan coils
  • Logic interlock: combine 2 or 3 relays with logic interlock for 4-pipe / 3-speed fan coils, or group up to 8 relays with interlock for special functions
  • Inputs 1–4 accept dry-contact pushbuttons/switches, can be re-purposed as signalling-LED outputs (LD00A01ACC / LD00A11ACC), and 4 inputs can be configured as analog NTC probe inputs
  • Up to 4 complete thermostat modules, each 2-stage with integrated PI controller for heating/cooling equipment, valves and 2/4-pipe fan coils
  • Compatible NTC probes: TS01A01ACC (-20 to +100 °C), TS01B01ACC (-50 to +60 °C), TS01D01ACC (-5 to +45 °C)
  • Manual front buttons for local relay switching and status LEDs on every output
  • 4-module DIN-rail housing (PC-ABS) for LV distribution boards; 250 group addresses / 250 associations
  • Relays shipped open; connect the bus before load voltage at first power-up
