The Eelectron IC00M01ACC is the Modbus RTU accessory for the IPSBA04KNX power supply / IP interface. It adds the RS-485 physical port that the IPSBA04KNX uses in Modbus client or server mode, connecting through the wired accessory connector on the device. With it fitted, up to 160 Modbus channels can be mapped to KNX objects and MQTT topics from the same unit that powers the line.
It is a passive-style add-on with no configuration of its own; all mapping is done in the IPSBA04KNX ETS application. Order it together with IPSBA04KNX whenever energy meters, HVAC plant or a BMS must be reached over Modbus RTU.
