The Eelectron FOXXA01-3M is the metal mounting frame for 3-module socket plates (1 piece), part of the OL-U mounting system. OL-U devices and plates never screw directly to the wall box: a metal support is fixed to the box first, the device or wiring insert is screwed to that support, and the cover frame then hooks or snaps onto it. This part is that support for 3-module wiring devices behind the PO45A03xx socket cover frames.
Socket cover frames are purely decorative; the wiring device itself (Vimar, BTicino, AVE, Gewiss, Merten, Gira, Jung, Berker and similar ranges) mounts into the box in the usual way, and this frame provides the hooks the OL-U plate snaps onto. One frame per plate.
