The Eelectron FO71A01-3M is the metal mounting frame 71, 3-module (1 piece), part of the OL-U mounting system. OL-U devices and plates never screw directly to the wall box: a metal support is fixed to the box first, the device or wiring insert is screwed to that support, and the cover frame then hooks or snaps onto it. This part is that support for OL-U devices SO08A01KNX, SO04L02KNX-x, SO08L02KNX-x, TO04A01KNX, HO04A01KNX, MO04A01KNX-x on a 3-module box.
The frame carries the OL-U device at the right depth and gives the cover frame its snap-on hooks; the device is fixed to it with the two screws supplied with the device. It is required for every flush-mounted OL-U device, so order one per position.
Supplied as 1 piece, with a pair of fixing screws.
