The Eelectron DM01D01ACC is the 700 W slave module for the DM01D01KNX universal dimmer. It has no KNX bus connection of its own: it links to the master over a 2-wire local bus and adds one further universal dimming channel, so one master plus two slaves give three 700 W channels under a single ETS device. Each slave can be fed from a different phase, which is useful when large halogen or LED loads in a hotel ballroom, restaurant or villa are split across the supply.

The slave uses the same automatic load recognition (leading or trailing edge) as the master, and its address on the local bus is set with the selector on the module. The maximum distance between modules is 2 m, so master and slaves normally sit side by side on the same DIN rail.

Key Features

  • Adds 1 universal dimming channel, 700 W / 700 VA, to a DM01D01KNX master
  • Loads: incandescent/halogen 20–700 W (RC); ferromagnetic transformers 20–700 VA (L); electronic transformers 20–700 VA (RC); LED 230 V max 200 W (L); CFL max 160 W (L)
  • Automatic load recognition and 50/60 Hz detection
  • Up to 2 slaves per master; slave address selector on the module
  • 2-wire local bus to the master, max 2 m (6.6 ft) between modules
  • No KNX bus connection required; different phase from the master allowed
  • 4-module DIN housing in PPO-HFFR, same footprint as the master
