The CoolAutomation CoolMaster EDGE is a universal HVAC control and monitoring gateway with on-board data processing. It integrates VRF/VRV systems from all major brands, plus other HVAC equipment and sensors with a BACnet or Modbus interface, and runs schedules, interlocks and control restrictions locally, so the site keeps working even when the internet connection drops.
A microSD slot buffers data on site for cloud continuity, a local web app handles commissioning, and setup wizards make adding BACnet and Modbus devices straightforward. Standard BACnet and Modbus interfaces feed the building management system. Local integration and control work out of the box; advanced cloud features (remote management, analytics, predictive maintenance) require a CoolAutomation subscription.

Daikin VRV (including VRV 6 and R32 via D4 adapter), Mitsubishi Electric VRF and splits, Fujitsu, Midea, Toshiba, Gree GMV5/6, Samsung and LG VRF, plus any HVAC device or sensor with a BACnet MS/TP, BACnet IP or Modbus interface.
