The SK80-F-U-5 combines the SK80-F KNX fill-level control unit with a U-5 ultrasonic sensor head on a 10 m (32.8 ft) cable. It measures contact-free from 300 to 5000 mm (11.8 to 196.9 in), also records temperature, and is specified for drinking, domestic and rain water tanks and cisterns.
Level, volume and percentage appear on the local display and on KNX, and a potential-free switch output reacts to upper and lower limits. The system runs on KNX bus power. Allow a dead zone of at least 30 cm (11.8 in) above the full level.
