The SK80-BFT-WMT measures soil water tension and soil temperature and puts both values on KNX, giving irrigation control a reliable basis on lawns, golf courses, sports fields and crops. It ships with a Watermark sensor on a 5 m (16.4 ft) cable that can be extended up to 50 m (164 ft).

The surface-mount outdoor housing has an integrated display in kPa, two potential-free switch inputs and one potential-free switch output. It runs on KNX bus power and is rated IP54/65. Not suitable for potted plants.
