The SK10-THC-ALKF1 is a KNX condensation (dew point) monitor with a separate contact temperature/humidity probe on a 1.5 m (4.9 ft) PVC cable. The probe mounts on chilled ceilings, pipes or other cooled surfaces, while the IP54 module is installed separately.

Used centrally, it helps prevent condensation in cooling systems by measuring temperature and relative humidity and calculating dew point, absolute humidity and enthalpy. An integrated room temperature controller (RTR) is included; the device is bus powered and configured in ETS with the HLK305 application.
