eelectron-po71a03mv-bk-ol-u-cover-frame-71-mm-3-module-metal-black
Eelectron PO71A03MV-BK OL-U Cover Frame 71 mm, 3-Module – Metal Black

The Eelectron PO71A03MV-BK is the OL-U 3-module device cover frame 3M-71 in metal black. It finishes any OL-U device mounted on a 3-module box — SO08A01KNX switch, TO04A01KNX thermostat, HO04A01KNX humidistat or MO04A01KNX multisensor — and is the visible border of the keypad, so it is normally ordered in the same finish as the key set. Typical settings are hotel guest rooms, offices, multi-family units and residential retrofits where a KNX wall control should read as part of the interior.

The finish is metal, black (MV-BK), one of the four 2026 additions to the OL-U Metal Edition beside the original silver (MT-SH); the MV code supersedes the earlier MT code for the coloured metals. The same tone runs across the BKxxMV-BK key sets and every PO-series frame format, so keypad, thermostat and adjacent receptacles can share one metal. Other tones: champagne (MV-CH), gold (MV-GO), bronze (MV-BR).

Key Features

Type: 3-module device cover frame 3M-71

Finish: metal, black (MV-BK) — OL-U Metal Edition

Fits: 3-module box: Italian 503 (and equivalent 3-module enclosures)

Mounting frame (ordered separately): FO71A01-3M (single) or FO71A02-3M (10-pack)

Snap-on over the device and keys; install with the ventilation grid facing down (it feeds the built-in temperature sensor)

Outer size 130 x 92 x 11 mm (5.12 x 3.62 x 0.43 in)

Clean with a soft microfibre cloth and water or neutral soap only; no solvents or abrasives

Technical Specifications

Type

OL-U cover frame — 3-module device cover frame 3M-71

Finish / colour

metal, black (MV-BK)

Material

metal, black finish

Compatible boxes

3-module box: Italian 503 (and equivalent 3-module enclosures)

Compatible hardware

SO08A01KNX, TO04A01KNX, HO04A01KNX, MO04A01KNX-x

Required mounting frame

FO71A01-3M (single) or FO71A02-3M (10-pack)

Outer dimensions

130 x 92 x 11 mm (5.12 x 3.62 x 0.43 in)

Manufacturer part no.

PO71A03MV-BK

Related Products

Other tones: PO71A03MV-CH, PO71A03MV-GO, PO71A03MV-BR; silver PO71A03MT-SH; FENIX PO71A03FX-0030 … -0754; painted plastic PO71A03PL-1 / -3.
